Requirements

BT phone line
A device capable of communicating via TCP/IP (like a Windows PC, Mac, Xbox with Live...)
An Ethernet port for a wired connection to the router.
A 802.11b or 802.11g compatible network adapter for wireless connection to the Router (only necessary if you want wireless capability)
Windows 98SE or later / Mac OS 8.6 or higher


Getting The Service

Contact us, and we will check out everything for you, and set the wheels in motion.
If your phone line is suitable, and your order is accepted, your BT phone line will physically be connected to the network in your local exchange (this usually takes about 1 - 3 weeks).
Your line will be activated, you will be sent the fully pre-configured ADSL2+ Ethernet Wireless Modem/Router and we will support you through the whole process, whether this is a migration or a new supply.
